I was twenty-seven when I was introduced to Agape House OC. I had been using drugs since I was ten, it was all I knew. When my two beautiful children were taken from me, I knew it was time to do something. I admitted myself to Agape House wondering if this was just another program I would fail out of. To my surprise Agape House had a realistic program that finally taught me about my disease and when I was ready - gave me the tools I needed to stay clean. I received one on one counseling and really got to know myself through the group meetings. Agape House showed me that I could maintain sobriety by learning to enjoy weekly activities. I have remained clean and sober for over three years and finally have my children back and my life. This is beyond my wildest dreams. I am forever grateful to Agape House OC for doing for me what I couldn't do by myself!

Agape House taught me how to live a productive life. I have been sober for 5 years and I am currently working a full time job and am considering taking some night classes to learn about being a manager. Agape House helped me to understand that it is never to late to start over again and that the end result is worth the effort.
